What do you do when the Church Leadership starts lying?

What about if they keep lying? What if they decide to violate Ex 20: 16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
repeatedly What if it turns in to bad-mouthing people, and spreading falsehoods for reputation sake (either to tear down others or elevate their own reputation? What 1Cor 5 calls being a "railer"?

9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: 10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 13 But them that are without God judgeth. If you are part of Sudbury Bible Fellowship, please stop eating -- including the Lord's Supper -- with men who speak falsely to the Assembly or who speak about people they refuse to speak with.

Have you been hurt by church leadership?

Lying Leaders is not God's design for the church. I fear that the some of the leadership fall under this description. 2Cor 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
